So I started doing what everyone does, researching suburbs, running numbers on duplexes, reading about the LMR reforms opening up Western Sydney. I could see the opportunity clearly. What I couldn't see was how brutally fragmented the process was going to be once I actually tried to move.

Finding an architect who understood development feasibility, not just design. A town planner who could tell me what council would actually approve, not just what the rulebook said. A builder with realistic numbers, not a quote padded for unknowns. Getting all three to talk to each other, on the same timeline, toward the same outcome.

It didn't exist as a single, coordinated service. You were on your own.

I watched developers stall for months waiting on DAs nobody had properly prepared. I saw homeowners pay for renders that could never get approved because no planner had been involved early enough.
