Completing a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) at Western Sydney University, having spent over four years studying under institutional educators in the discipline, covering project management, cost planning, construction law, and development economics at a formal academic level.

Patrick gained direct industry experience working on $30 million dollar commercial projects nationally and internationally.

Patrick comes from a family of prestigious construction background, with exposure to property development and delivery from an early age — practical grounding in how development actually gets done, well before founding Altyra Group.

Patrick founded Altyra Group to bring that combined academic and family grounding to Western Sydney — building an independent, Construction Consultancy, and a development arm of his own alongside it.
